The Process…

1. The Consultation

We’ll start with a friendly phone call to break the ice. During our call, we’ll discuss styling, location, backdrops or themes, scheduling, and pricing. Every package I offer is customized around the information I get from our call and your specific needs. We don’t want to skip this step!

2. Booking and Preparation

If you feel we’re the perfect match, I’ll send over a custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule, all easily completed online. It’s hassle-free and just a few clicks away! Afterwards, we’ll pin down the date and time, officially starting our exciting journey.

3. Session Day

When your session day comes (finally!), we’ll meet at the location and start snapping. I make it a point to get my clients comfortable in front of the camera, so don’t worry about feeling awkward! I will take a variety of photos for you to choose from upon delivery.

4. Photo Delivery

After our session, you’ll get access to your online gallery of all your images. Select your favorites included in the package, or choose to upgrade and purchase the entire gallery. It’s that simple! Now you can finally update that Linked In profile photo!

It is recommended to wear business attire or an outfit that reflects your personal style. It’s best to wear solid colors or patterns that are not too distracting and to avoid overly busy patterns or logos. You can also check out this article on what to wear to your headshot session.

You can book a session by filling out the form on the contact page. I will then provide you with my availability and you can schedule a date and time that works best for your family. A 25% retainer will be due to hold your date and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the session.

The time it takes to receive the final photos can vary depending on workload. On average, it takes 1-2 weeks to receive the final images.

Yes, you can choose the location! I may have suggestions for locations that work well for photos, or you can choose your preferred location.

Sessions are offered in office, in studio, or outdoors. Sessions taking place further than 30 miles from Syracuse, NY will incur a travel fee.

Yes. All images will be uploaded in high resolution to a private online gallery used for viewing, sharing, downloading and printing.

Don’t stress! If I deem that the weather is not ideal for shooting your session, I’ll be happy to reschedule the session to a mutually agreed upon date and time.

Yes. Any non-permanent blemish or spot will be removed from the image at your request, free of charge.
